Participation Agreements
There are two separate forms to be signed. The top form is required by the State for our raft/duckie trips at Letchworth State Park. The bottom form is required by our insurance carrier for all of our activities, regardless of location. If you are paddling with us at the park both forms need to be filled out and signed. If you are paddling with us on the Salmon River or partaking in one of our other activities outside of the park only the bottom form is needed.
